Overseas Military Sales Corporation Rolls Out New Global Brand - “Military AutoSource”
WOODBURY, NY (PRWEB) May 03, 2015 -- Overseas Military Sales Corporation (OMSC) today announces the introduction of a new global brand, Military AutoSource (MAS). MAS will roll out across over 80 U.S. Military bases and Navy fleets around the world. Formerly known as Exchange New Car Sales (ENCS), the new brand was developed to support the changing needs of our troops serving overseas. MAS showcases vehicles and programs that have been adapted to better serve not just our troops, but their families. Robert Schwartz, Vice President, Marketing & eCommerce states: “We researched the changing needs of the military in each region of the world, working directly with command and enlisted personnel to develop our new products and services... so far the feedback has been terrific in our soft openings.”
The new brand extends the military creed “guardians of freedom” and focuses on how MAS helps our troops by enabling “Driving Freedom” for the troops and their families to travel freely and enjoy their stay at bases throughout the world. MAS extends benefits like:
• Privileged military pricing
• Overseas or stateside delivery
• Flexible financing
• Emergency Payment Protection Plan
• Worldwide factory warranties
Military AutoSource provides new, U.S. specification automobiles to active duty military, civilian, DOD employees and the diplomatic community stationed outside the United States. The on-base division was exclusively selected to perform this role since the AAFES/NEXCOM program was authorized by the U.S. Congress in the mid-1960s.
True to the Company’s Military Roots
Overseas Military Sales Corporation (OMSC), who operates Military AutoSource, was founded shortly after WWII by two young combat veterans. Those roots date back to a local Dodge dealership in Brooklyn, New York called Goldring Motors, located near the Brooklyn Navy Yard. “The founding principles of Goldring Motors - outstanding customer service, complete price transparency, and exclusive military privileges remained as the core values we deliver every day at Military AutoSource,” states, David Goldring, OMSC’s Chief Executive Officer.
The company’s mission is to always do what is right for our customers and their families. We strive to instill trust, show respect and ensure comfort from the moment someone walks in the door to the exciting moment when they pick up their new vehicle.
