With over 30 years of commercial real estate business experience in the South Florida area, she has achieved some of the highest and the most prestigious real estate awards in the industry from the Miami Association of Realtors - the Commercial Board of Governors, now known as RCA (Realtors Commercial Alliance).
Jacque Huttoe is a CCIM (a Certified Commercial Investment Member is a recognized expert in the commercial and investment real estate industry), and has brokered multimillion dollar transactions, specializing in office buildings, apartment complexes and land sales. She has handled many property rezoning plans and large developments in the Brickell Avenue corridor & the Miami River as well as in the Coral Gables financial /retail district. Charles Huttoe is a CCIM Candidate, which has given him the knowledge and expertise to manage a very active commercial real estate office along with handling sales and leasing of multiple properties. In addition, he has overseen the Property Management of over 6 large commercial warehouse/office buildings. Mr. Huttoe has served as President of the Young Commercial Executives and attended The University of Miami.
