Yoga Paz, Pasadena’s Newest Yoga Center, Offers Bilingual Yoga

A rare opportunity has arrived for the local community of Pasadena, CA. F​or the first time in contemporary Yoga history, classical, contemporary and bi­lingual Yoga will be offered all under one roof at Yoga Paz.

Yoga Paz w​ill present Yoga classes, special events such as future interactive Yoga workshops, and more in the near future.

“It is my mission and my intention to make Yoga classes accesible to everyone, regardless of age, sex, weight or race,” said Mary De La Paz.

“Paz” means peace.

Mary Paz has a rich and diverse background: "I am certified in Hatha Yoga, and have been teaching Gentle Chair Yoga, Hatha Yoga, Meditation and Hypnosis. I have been helping cancer support communities, schools, special events. I have been certified as a Hypnotherapist since 2011 and I graduated with honors at the Hypnosis Institute Motivation."

Mary speaks and teaches in her native fluent language, Spanish. She currently offers a bilingual class during the week and helps her clients to reduce stress overcome different problems with hypnosis.

The teaching staff at Yoga Paz teach classes that are classic, such as Hatha Yoga, Kundalini Yoga, Raja and Astanga Yoga to the newest, contemporary style of Yoga Booty Ballet. The new Yoga center intends to bridge the “gap” in the Yoga community by providing more in­depth study of Yoga as well as bi­lingual Yoga classes and workshops.
