Support for Nintex Workflows Delivered via the SharePoint Ribbon

By using our SharePoint Help System, users get the support they need, when they are entrenched inside the actual Nintex workflow design environment.

VisualSP announces just-in-time support for organizations using Nintex workflows to automate business processes within SharePoint. Through the VisualSP Help System, in-context support for Nintex workflows is delivered to users directly through the SharePoint ribbon.

The VisualSP Help System has been providing just-in-time help on a variety of tasks and functionality within SharePoint for many years. When VisualSP realized that many of its customers were also using Nintex, it made sense to include support for Nintex workflows as part of the SharePoint Help System solution. With Nintex's innovative platform used to build low-code workflows in SharePoint, and the augmented help and guidance from VisualSP, a user can easily create end-to-end automated workflow processes in their organization.

"It just makes sense for us to provide support and contextual learning on Nintex workflows to help the users make the best use of the Nintex platform," explains Asif Rehmani, SharePoint Server MVP, Workflows Expert, and CEO of VisualSP. "By using our SharePoint Help System, users get the support they need, when they are entrenched inside the actual Nintex workflow design environment."

"We love it when clever companies like VisualSP create ways to extend the Nintex experience,” says Mike Fitzmaurice, vice president of workflow technology at Nintex, “and expanding our users' options for on-demand assistance is a great way to do it."

This type of in-context, on-demand help goes a long way compared to in-person training sessions where users learn a lot of functionality all at once. There is always a need for additional support following a training session, specifically when users start working with a type of functionality they didn't need right away. The ability to provide help to the workflow designer when they actually need it directly from their SharePoint environment is what VisualSP brings to the table.
