Boca Raton, Florida (PRWEB) May 08, 2015 -- Marital and family law firm Brodie & Friedman, P.A.’s Managing Partners Jason A. Brodie, Esq. and Joshua K. Friedman, Esq. are pleased to announce that Danielle M. Kaye, Esq. has joined the firm as an associate, effective April 27, 2015.

Prior to joining Brodie & Friedman, P.A., Kaye was an associate at Greenspoon Marder, P.A., as part of their Complex Litigation Department. Kaye brings her complex discovery and litigation experience to help Brodie & Friedman, P.A.’s clients navigate through the complex divorce litigation issues they are faced with.

In addition to completing the traditional law school academic curriculum, Kaye concentrated her entire legal education on the practice of family law which included working full-time as a Florida Supreme Court Certified Legal Intern at Nova’s Children & Families Clinic, interning at a boutique family law firm in Fort Lauderdale, and clerking for the Honorable Susan Lebow in the 17th Judicial Circuit’s Unified Family Court Division.
During law school, Kaye was an active member of the legal community, serving as Statewide President of The Florida Bar’s Law Student Division, and serving as Vice-President of Nova’s Family Law Society. Most notably, Kaye was the first law student to be appointed by Past-President of The Florida Bar, Eugene Pettis, to serve on The Florida Bar’s Vision 2016 Commission. Kaye was selected as recipient of the American Academy of Matrimonial Lawyers 2014 Graduation Honors Award for her service to the Family Law legal profession.
Kaye is admitted to The Florida Bar, and U.S. District Court’s of the Northern District of Florida, Middle District of Florida, and Southern District of Florida. Kaye is a member of the Young Lawyers Section of the Broward County Bar Association, The Family Law section of The Florida Bar, and donates her time to Deliver the Dream, a non-profit organization that provides structured, therapeutic, fun activities for families with children experiencing a serious illness or crisis.
Kaye holds a J.D. from Nova Southeastern University, Shepard Broad Law Center; and a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Central Florida. Kaye resides in Fort Lauderdale, Florida.
