The live Webinar interview event, invites fans and introduces the Black Streak Entertainment company, concepts and re-launch of their graphic novel, “Fiji Random, Volume 1,” to the marketplace.
Audience Empire guest host, Emmy-award winning journalist and television producer, Greg Russell, is scheduled to interview Black Streak Entertainment co-founding brothers, Terry and Justin Raimey.
“He hosts The Movie Show Plus TV show... in cable syndication, and a major network movie news segment in Detroit; plus we hear he's also a talented new comic book creator himself. So we're excited to talk with him,” revealed writer, Terry.
Audience Empire is engaging through social media up until the event to invite tween and teen graphic novel/comic/manga/anime entertainment fans and their parents; young adults; pop culture, comic and book retailers; and pop culture media professionals to the virtual event.
Fans who attend the Webinar benefit by gaining direct access to the Black Streak Entertainment creative team; getting to know them, post questions, and join the Black Streak community to actively participate in the creation of products and offers created especially with those fans in mind.
Founding brothers and creative team, Terry and Justin Raimey are on a mission to help uncover, create and promote diversity in pop culture entertainment. Black Streak Entertainment provides pop culture products for tweens, teens and young adults, featuring multicultural themes and characters not found in the majority of mainstream entertainment vehicles. Their mission includes creating graphic novels and teen fiction. Their online store - http://blackstreakstore.com - carries their original products featuring their original characters. Products include graphic novels; posters and prints; accessories; button-pins, and stickers.
“Our goal is to create a pop-culture brand that appeals to comic, anime/animation, video game and teen-fiction fans of diverse backgrounds; both racially and socioeconomically,” said Terry.
“We believe providing relaaible characters in our books and products, serves to change perceptions and promote tolerance and understanding. Right now, there are too few recognized pop culture characters and themes that relate and reflect cultural diversity,” he added.
Audience Empire producers of the Webinar intend to talk about what it’s like to be in the pop culture business; the Fiji Random book; inspiration behind the various Black Streak Entertainment products and characters; and what fans can expect for the future of Black Streak Entertainment. The event will feature live chat Q&A for attendees to interact in real time with host Greg Russell and the Raimey brothers.
“What excites us about this event is that it gives us the opportunity to share what we're doing -our art, creativity, and concepts- directly with our audience and get their feedback, so we can create even better products and characters for and about them,” said author-illustrator, Justin.
“I think appearing online in this live interview is important to our fans and potential fans, because it's all about them... us getting to know them and letting them know we're here for them to get to know us,” he said.
Audience Empire is in business to help indie artists and small business owners position themselves as celebrities in their local markets and beyond, using reputation, video and online event branding.
