Predictive Service Introduces ViewPoint® On-Demand – A Mobile Companion for Fast Access to Facility Asset Data

Predictive Service provides this mobile application to current and new ViewPoint® users through Google Play and the Apple Store.
ViewPoint On-Demand allows access to assets that are currently inspected as part of a company’s predictive maintenance program by scanning or entering the QR code via a mobile device. Once the asset is found in the ViewPoint inventory database, access to check current equipment status, view problems, inspection history, and any additional details are immediately available at the touch of a finger. Changing status and entering repair actions for individual problems can be accomplished in the field and automatically syncing the mobile device to the web-based software application.
Additional features include: customized cost benefit calculations to demonstrate ROI and energy savings; the Asset Historian function for performance and PdM technologies with side-by-side comparisons; and data management and mining for tracking, sorting, reporting and exporting. Online infrared and digital images of all assets including baselines and the history of previous inspections, costs and repairs are also possible 24 hours per day, seven days per week. When problems arise, Predictive Service specialists analyze the data quickly and create individualized repair recommendations.
