New Oncologist to Join Hematology Oncology Consultants, Inc.
Columbus, OH (PRWEB) May 06, 2015 -- Anitha Nallari, MD has joined Shakir Sarwar, MD in practice at Hematology Oncology Consultants, Inc. in Columbus, OH. Dr. Nallari will see patients with all types of cancers and has a special focus in breast cancer, lung cancer, GI and gallbladder cancer, head and neck cancers, multiple myeloma and lymphoma as well as benign hematology.
Dr. Anitha Nallari is Board Certified in medical oncology, hematology and internal medicine by the American Board of Internal Medicine. She completed her medical education in Osmania Medical College, India and her residency in Internal Medicine at Rosalind Franklin University of Medicine in North Chicago, Illinois. Dr. Nallari chose to practice medicine as a hospitalist for a few years before completing her fellowship in Hematology and Oncology at the University of Illinois, Chicago in June, 2014. During her fellowship, she was involved with research in head and neck and lung cancers. Dr. Nallari is a member of the American Medical Association, American Society of Clinical Oncology and American Society of Hematology. Dr. Nallari strives to provide her patients with the best possible treatment and care.
