Quorum Review Names Tom Favillo President and COO

In his new role, Mr. Favillo is now responsible for Quorum Review’s operations, sales, and software development functions.

Mr. Favillo began working with Quorum Review as a consultant in 2011, and accepted the role of COO in early 2013. Mr. Favillo has more than 20 years of experience in a career that has focused on leading customer service operations. Mr. Favillo is experienced at leading initiatives that optimize business processes with cutting-edge technologies—ultimately enhancing service offerings. Prior to coming to Quorum, Mr. Favillo led operations groups and call centers for Sotto Wireless, Western Wireless, and Arch Communications. Tom attended Boise State University, and is a certified Black Belt Sponsor for Six Sigma.
