Vendor Vortex Panel Offered Keys to Driving Healthy Supplier Relationships Amidst New Demands, Consolidations and Evolving Metrics

Joining other outsourcing industry thought leaders, Marc Tanowitz, a partner at business transformation and outsourcing advisory firm Pace Harmon, led a well-attended “Vendor Management Vortex” panel at last week’s Nexus 2015 conference for nearshore IT and BPO executives in New York City. Tanowitz moderated panel discussions on commanding supplier relationships amidst fluctuating requirements and metrics, contract consolidation impacts, the rise of cloud-based “as a service” models and other critical variables.
