More law firms are making changes to improve client service—37 more out of the 650 serving larger clients, as revealed in the just-released BTI Brand Elite 2015: Client Perceptions of the Best-Branded Law Firms. The BTI Consulting Group’s newest in-depth research with 648 corporate counsel at Fortune 1000 and large organizations reveals the 111 law firms with the biggest imprint on corporate counsel in one of the key brand differentiators: improving the client experience.

Clients see this small but strategic sliver of law firms changing their business approach and processes to improve client service. Corporate counsel’s smaller law firm rosters are forcing law firms to reconsider their client-facing activities. Competition is higher than ever and clients are demanding the absolute best service and experiences from their law firms.
