Veterans Affairs to Host ‘Crusin’ Lincoln’ Show & Shine; A Fun Event for Veterans to Learn About VA Health Care Benefits
LINCOLN, Neb. (PRWEB) May 06, 2015 -- It’s not your usual Veterans Affairs outreach event.
Veterans are invited to bring their classic cars and motorcycles to the 3rd Annual “Crusin Lincoln” Show & Shine event May 12 from 5 to 8 p.m. at the Lincoln VA Clinic, 600 S. 70th St.
The event is a fun way for Veterans to check out each other’s rides, but also to talk to employees of the Department of Veterans Affairs about benefits and services.
Staff from the VA Nebraska-Western Iowa Health Care System, Vet Centers, and VA Regional Office plus other Veteran service agencies will be available for Veterans to learn about service and benefits.
Veterans who are not enrolled are encouraged to stop in and learn what benefits are available to them.
The event is hosted by the Lincoln VA Clinic Veterans Advisory Group.
