Jolly Releases Version 7 with New Products and an Emphasis on Usability
Redwood City, California (PRWEB) May 08, 2015 -- Today Jolly announces the public release of version 7.0 of its product line including Lobby Track, ID Flow, Asset Track and Label Flow while introducing two new products, Eventleaf and Inventory Track. While the new versions have several new features, the most noticeable change may be the streamlined user interfaces and enhancements made to improve the overall user experience.

Version 7 of Jolly's Lobby Track visitor management software features significant upgrades and now supports the scheduling of multiple visits per visitor. When a future visit is scheduled, the host and visitor are sent a confirmation e-mail. When the visitor arrives, the sign in task completes the registration process and issues a badge. Security features such as driver's license and passport scanning, watch list checks and access control system integration are built into Lobby Track for a seamless user experience. Virtually all steps in the sign in process are configurable and can be shown or skipped for a customized experience that meets each organizations security requirements.
Eventleaf, Jolly's new event registration software, includes both Eventleaf Online, an online event registration website, and Eventleaf Desktop for on-site use. Event organizers can sell ticket packages for their event on Eventleaf Online, then export the data or use Eventleaf Desktop to sync the data in real-time. At the event, Eventleaf Desktop can be used for on-site registration, badge printing and attendee check in.
Inventory Track is a new inventory tracking product designed to monitor inventory stock levels and notify the user when stock levels drop below defined thresholds. Additional features include Inventory record management and barcode label printing.
