Outbox Systems, a leading data synchronization company that helps clients integrate cloud-based data systems into streamlined work management processes, is pleased to announce the rebranding of the company to better reflect the central role it plays in simplifying businesses’ workflows. The rebranding follows a period of expansion for the company and includes a website using the new visual identity.

The company’s new name, Simplus, will allow the rapidly growing organization to outwardly project the motto that its business consultants live by every day: “Less complexity, more productivity.” The Utah-based company integrates leading cloud systems including Salesforce, Workfront, JIRA and SAP and also provides world-class consulting and support.

“Our goal is to make business processes less complex and less complicated by integrating leading cloud-based solutions into enterprise work platforms,” said Ryan Westwood, Chief Executive Officer of Simplus. “We’ve built our reputation as cloud experts who move data seamlessly between our clients’ existing enterprise systems, freeing our clients to be able to focus on what they do best: growing their businesses.”

Simplus provides data synchronization services on a proprietary platform using the most client-focused technology in the marketplace. Since its founding in 2014, Simplus has provided cloud consulting services and data integration solutions for hundreds of enterprise-level clients, including Nike, Toms, Merck, Vistaprint, Intel, Adobe and IPG.

“We’re a global provider of cloud-based business solutions, and we needed a name and identity that could fully represent our core competencies,” said John Lawton, Chief Technology Officer of Simplus. “The name ‘Simplus’ reflects a melding of two words: We ‘simplify’ enterprise work management processes for our clients, and we ‘plus’ the productivity of the organization.”

Indeed, the name reflects Simplus’s two core competencies: data integration made simple, plus cloud consulting services to help clients maximize the benefits of the software.

As more and more companies turn to cloud-based solutions to optimize their enterprise work management processes, Simplus has positioned itself as an industry leader, offering its clients end-to-end, custom-tailored solutions.

Simplus begins with a complete review and assessment of the business environment, then works closely with the client to seamlessly sync data and work systems, to apply industry-specific extensions, and to provide ongoing consulting and support.

“Our rebranding is really a celebration of the success we’ve enjoyed over the past year and a half, and it’s all thanks to our clients, partners and investors who have allowed us to demonstrate the transformative impact we could have on cloud-based services,” said Isaac Westwood, President of Simplus.
