City View Terrace To Receive Permitting for Site
Houston, TX (PRWEB) May 06, 2015 -- City View Terrace is now in the process of receiving permitting for the site, moving forward with the development process in East Downtown Houston (EaDo). The EaDo community is experiencing updates of its own, with several new businesses being established in the area.
Tout Suite Café recently opened up on Chartres Street nearby the City View Terrace site. The Houston Chronicle has called Tout Suite downtown’s “it” café.
The Teen How Taoist Temple, located at Leeland and Delano, just eight blocks east of Cityview on Bell Street, is a little known beautiful place to visit.
EaDo is quickly becoming the health and fitness capital of Houston. With so many gyms and fitness studios in the area, there’s no reason residents can’t look and feel great every day. Some of these studios include No Name Fit Studios, Yoga EaDo, The League Elite Training Facility and Crossfit Urban Animal. Be Fit Gym is EaDo’s newest full facility gym, and Crossfit EaDo is the largest Crossfit Box in Texas.
Residents can take some time to explore http://www.eastendhouston.com for lots of great information on where to work and play on the city’s east side. The website was launched in April and is a collaboration of the EaDo Management District, the Greater East End Management District and the East End Chamber of Commerce.
Design work is also now moving forward for major pedestrian streetscape improvements throughout the district. These will be implemented in 2015/2016.
