We’ve helped clients save thousands of dollars annually on supply chain spending (the second largest expense for health care providers), credit card fees, telecommunications charges, and more.

Expense Reduction Analysts (ERA), the leader in “pay only for success” cost management consulting, announces its participation in the California Primary Care Association (CPCA) Conference, in Santa Rosa, CA, May 13-15, 2015.

ERA will be participating in several parts of the conference. In addition to exhibiting in the trade show area, Gregory Brown, MBA, Director of Expense Reduction Analysts in the Southern CA area, will be part of a breakout session the morning of May 14, titled “Extending the Executive Suite – Using Consultants To Reduce Expenses, Train Executives and Attract New Patients.”

During the breakout session, participants will learn how to use outside talent to manage costs and profitability.

“I’m excited to be a part of this conference,” says Gregory Brown, MBA, Director of Expense Reduction Analysts. “Healthcare industry cost management is one of ERA’s and my primary focus areas. We’ve helped clients save thousands of dollars annually on supply chain spending (the second largest expense for health care providers), credit card fees, telecommunications charges, and more. The heavy regulations and activities that clinic personnel need to handle every day make it nearly impossible to carve out the time to look for the savings opportunities we can find.”

Brown is looking forward to sharing case studies and tips with breakout session participants. He will also be available during the conference, and periodically at the ERA booth, number 6.
