Greenberg Traurig’s Nancy Mitchell to Speak at the American Bankruptcy Institute’s New York City Bankruptcy Conference

Mitchell, shareholder and co-chair of the Business Reorganization & Financial Restructuring Practice of international law firm Greenberg Traurig, LLP, will speak at the American Bankruptcy Institute’s 17th Annual New York City Bankruptcy Conference May 14, 2015, at the New York Hilton in Midtown Manhattan. Mitchell, who is also on the advisory board for the conference, will speak on the panel, “Fiduciary Duties from Ordinary Course, into Distress and Insolvency, and through Bankruptcy.”

Mitchell is also a regional operating shareholder and co-managing shareholder of the New York office. She has more than 25 years of experience in restructuring and corporate finance as both an attorney and an investment banker.
