Financial Advisor Recruiter and Consulting Firm Moves to Morristown
Morristown, NJ (PRWEB) May 11, 2015 -- Diamond Consultants, recruiters of and consultants to the nation’s most prominent financial advisors, has moved from their original headquarters in Chester, New Jersey to downtown Morristown. The move is part of their planned efforts for future growth and accessibility to New York City.
Formerly located in an 18th century building in Chester, the firm recognized their need to seek other options that better fit their vision and plans for expansion.
Founded in 1998 by Mindy Diamond, the firm started in Diamond’s home and later moved to a rented office in Chester. Soon thereafter, the firm later purchased a historic building in the town and worked to maintain a balance of the building’s original detailing while making it a functional office environment.
“I will miss our building in Chester, yet I am excited for what the new space represents,” Mindy Diamond, President and CEO of Diamond Consultants, posits. “I literally started Diamond Consultants on our bedroom floor, growing to an office in the basement, then on to space in Chester above a pizzeria. Here we are 17 years later, humbled by the success we’ve achieved. We’re redefining yet another chapter in our story, hiring additional staff, as well as providing greater potential for growth, upgraded technology and accessibility that was no longer feasible at our Chester location.”
Diamond is joined in the firm by her husband Howard Diamond, who serves as Chief Operating Officer and General Counsel, as well as a team of highly respected recruiters and support staff.
Diamond also noted that they looked closely at their plans for growth and identified that, in addition to larger upgraded office space, accessibility to transportation was key to attracting new talent to their organization.
As part of their plans for growth, the company also unveiled a new, updated logo and brand identity.
“I always tell the advisors I counsel that they need to ask themselves, ‘Am I in the right place to achieve my goals?’ And we did the same when we planned this move,” Diamond shared. “There are so many options for financial advisors to consider as the industry landscape has expanded, and it is our job to connect them to those options. I want to ensure we are optimally positioned with the right people in place to do so.”
