4800F - A New Fire Rated Electric Strike That is Burning Down Barriers
Bronx, NY (PRWEB) May 11, 2015 -- The new fire rated electric strike solution is priced to compete with the non-fired rated strikes in the same class that are used with rim panic devices, eliminating extra costs and additional SKU’s. This allows specifiers and installers to use a fire rated product every time. This takes the guesswork out of product selection helping to make price consideration a thing of the past.
Trine Access Technology has re-engineered the electric strike and made it better. The 4800F will replace the existing 4800 to remove confusion from the earlier non-fire rated version still on the market. It is the fire rated rim panic exit device solution for electric strikes. The electric strike will maintain the features installers have come to expect over the years; a one piece locking mechanism (instead of two like the competition), built-in electronics for 12-24AC & DC with surge and kickback protection (no extra ‘pacs’ like other strikes require), an included 1/8” spacer, and Trine’s patented anchoring pin system..
The 4800F fire rated electric strike (also called an electric keeper) will be available in May, 2015, and anyone requiring further information may go to the Trine Website (http://www.trineonline.com), email the factory (sales(at)trineonline(dot)com), or call at 718-829-2332
