May is Better Sleep Month and The Better Sleep Council (BSC) is committed to spreading awareness about the correlation between sleep, overall health and well-being. The BSC and the Diabetes Influencer Network will host a Twitter Chat Party on Wednesday, May 13, from 8 p.m. to 9 p.m. EST.

The Better Sleep Council brings advice and ideas for achieving the “sleep sanctuary” in our homes. BSC spokesperson and sleep educator, Terry Cralle, RN, MS, and Lissa Coffey, BSC spokesperson and wellness expert, will be adding to the professional discussion and ramping up the educational resources for this combined partnership.

Led by their team of educators, Amy Peterson Campbell, MS, RD, LDN, and other members of the Diabetes Influencer Network will discuss insights into the relationship between sleep and diabetes. Campbell is well versed in all aspects of the disease and serves as CDE Director, Clinical Education Content Development and Training at Good Measures LLC.

There will be a lot of pertinent information presented and prizes will be given away! Be sure to use #BetterSleepMonth and #DiabetesChat to follow the conversation, as well as follow @BetterSleepOrg, @cdiabetesinfo and @diabetesinfl. It will be a chat that you don’t want to miss!
