Until now, waste data was rarely monitored or disclosed because data was too difficult to get

Measurabl, the world’s #1 ranked software startup for sustainability data collection, management and reporting, has introduced a new data partnership that will allow its customers to automatically access and report waste data across North America.
Measurabl tracks sustainability data on over one billion square feet of commercial and corporate real estate, as well as tens of thousands of corporate flights and vehicle trips using automated data feeds. By adding waste to this mix, Measurabl is able to provide the most comprehensive and accurate set of data analytics and full spectrum reporting on companies’ non-financial impacts.
“Until now, waste data was rarely monitored or disclosed because data was too difficult to get,” explained Measurabl’s Founder and CEO, Matt Ellis. “The new waste service allows Measurabl customers to track, manage and report on the impacts of, and opportunities within, their waste stream with ease.”
The initial scope of the new data integrations will make waste data available to over 3,000 commercial buildings across the US and Canada and permit the data to be included in reports to the Global Real Estate Sustainability Benchmark (GRESB) as well as other third party sustainability reporting standards. The company plan to expand the service to additional customers over the course of 2015.
Measurabl is sustainability reporting, simplified. Our software uses automatic data import technology and a guided step-by-step process to help organizations collect and report data as well as benchmark and improve performance. By making it possible for any organization to act upon sustainability regardless of size, expertise or resources, we’re setting the standard for financial-grade sustainability reporting and creating the global market for non-financial data.
