LunchBOX Franchise, a speed-waxing concept undergoing strong growth in affluent communities coast to coast under the LunchBOX (A WAXING SALON) brand, today announced that Operations Director Terrence Groth has been appointed Chief Operating Officer, a new position within the franchise. Groth previously directed operational activities for LunchBOX Franchise, which currently operates or has agreements for 97 salons in 11 states and Puerto Rico.

Groth previously directed operational activities for LunchBOX Franchise and will continue to report to LunchBOX Franchise Founder and CEO Debi Lane.

“Terrence has and will continue to play a critical role in our success and growth,” Lane said. “I have tremendous pride in working alongside Terrence and absolute confidence in his ability to shape and guide the future development of our entire organization.”

In his expanded role, Groth ensures the company has proper systems in place to manage growth and ensure financial strength and operating efficiency. Groth directs the design, enhancement, implementation, reporting, and oversight of LunchBOX Franchise as well as the distribution and marketing divisions.

LunchBOX Franchise currently operates 11 salons and has agreements in place for 86 more in Arizona, California, Colorado, Florida, Georgia, Idaho, Nevada, New Jersey, Oregon, Texas, Utah and Puerto Rico. The wax-only salon franchise that has been commended for its unique business culture plans to limit the number of overall franchisees in an effort to foster a family feel in the business while maintaining exceptionally high operational standards.

Groth joined LunchBOX Franchise in 2013 and previously contracted to LunchBOX before accepting a full-time position in July 2013. Groth also has worked in product management and operations for technology leaders and in business development for a prominent storage solution and commercial design firm.
