TenStep started in May 2000 when the TenStep Project Management Process was published on the web. The company was called TenStep since there was only one product. At the beginning there were a few hits, which grew month by month. In the first few years new products were built, new global offices opened and new services added.
This month is our 15th birthday. Today TenStep has dozens of products and services delivered by 40+ offices around the world. The Company Founder and President Tom Mochal looked back "When the company started I did not know how I would keep busy working full-time at TenStep. Boy how things change. It quickly became clear there were not enough hours in the day for growing a company from scratch." It has been an exciting journey.
TenStep helps companies implement their goals and strategies through the successful execution of projects. This includes helping companies establish an environment where projects are successful (PMO setup, methodology customization and deployment, etc.) as well as offering training services to build competencies for project managers, company managers and team members. International companies can use us to deliver a consistent set of products and services almost anywhere in the world through our global network of over 40 offices supporting over 25 languages.
