Prosell will launch its new Onboarding App at this year’s Sales Innovation Expo. The App will bring lifestyle learning into the induction process for new sales recruits, to accelerate the ramp up of performance and to reduce staff attrition.

Prosell will launch its new Onboarding App at this year’s Sales Innovation Expo. The App will bring lifestyle learning into the induction process of new sales recruits, accelerating ramp up of performance and reducing staff turnover.

“Successful sales managers aim to get their new recruits up and running fast, while keeping a careful eye on staff retention,” explains Guy Sellwood, MD of Prosell Learning Ltd, who will be speaking at this year’s Sales Innovation Expo.

“New team members face the challenge of absorbing large volumes of new material fast, whilst being unable to practice in an environment that replicates real life sales situations. We have also found that with field based teams there often is a disconnect between new recruits and their managers, which is difficult to overcome.”

Drawing on their experience of 30 years working with sales and customer service teams around the world, Prosell has developed an Onboarding App for Sales Teams, designed to bring lifestyle learning into the sales induction process. The App allows the learner to absorb new information in bite-size chunks, with the manager and a trainer being able to keep a close eye on the new recruit’s progress.

Ideal for businesses that recruit at least 50 sales people each year, the App provides a 360° view. Sales Managers can monitor each team member’s development path and link to their performance data. L&D have the ability to check the progress of each learner and their attendance on training programmes or webinars. And the new recruit can have planned or impromptu virtual coaching access to their manager, trainer and mentor.

The Onboarding App includes a rapid authoring tool to help create engaging content, uses HTML5 and is IOS compatible to enable a mobile rich learning experience.
