Sommers Schwartz, P.C. Elects Attorneys Andy Dragovic and Jesse Young as Shareholders
Southfield, Michigan (PRWEB) May 13, 2015 -- Sommers Schwartz, P.C. is pleased to announce that attorneys Andy Dragovic and Jesse Young have been elected to shareholder status. Both had previously been associates at the 39-attorney law firm, now in its fifth decade.
Mr. Dragovic is a member of the law firm’s Medical Malpractice and Personal Injury Litigation Groups, and represents individuals and families harmed or killed as the result of medical malpractice, automobile and trucking accidents, and other forms of negligence. He appears in federal and state courts across Michigan, and serves on both the medical malpractice and personal injury case evaluation panels for Oakland County Circuit Court.
Mr. Young is a member of Sommers Schwartz's Complex Litigation Group and manages the firm’s national Wage & Hour practice, which includes individual and class action lawsuits involving allegations of non-payment of minimum wages and overtime, misclassification of employees, unpaid "off the clock" work, improper recordkeeping, and other issues across a wide variety of industries. He has been recognized as a Super Lawyers "Rising Star" as well as an “Up & Coming Lawyer” by Michigan Lawyers Weekly, and currently serves on the Board of Directors for Habitat for Humanity of Western Wayne County.
