DTT opened its doors in Las Vegas in July 2013, following a period of hyper growth. The space accommodates a significant portion of DTT’s staff including industry best Loss Prevention, Customer Support, IT, Installations Specialists, Human Resource, and Applications Engineering teams.
On the heels of DTT’s growth, Loss Prevention services have become a valuable component to the company’s offering. This service is dedicated to conducting professional, third party audits and monthly trending reports; DTT’s Loss Prevention specialists help to increase operational efficiency for restaurant and retail locations across the country. The Department is headed by Don Boyle, recently promoted to Executive Vice President of Loss Prevention Services. Boyle developed and brought DTT’s revolutionary audit service to market in 2008. The service features exception-based loss prevention and operational intelligence to reduce theft, lower food costs, and improve customer service. Boyle and his team have continued to bring increased functionality to the service over the last few years, including the recent addition of speed of service data.
