Cybele’s Free-To-Eat Founder Cooks up New Recipe Book Loaded with Tasty Recipes That Are Free From the Top Eight Allergens
Los Angeles, CA (PRWEB) May 12, 2015 -- Cybele Pascal, CEO and founder of Cybele’s Free-to-Eat, today announced the launch of her latest cookbook, “Cybele’s Allergy-Friendly Dinners.” The new cookbook, chock-full of allergy-friendly dinner recipes that are easy to make, is now available to download in honor of Food Allergy Awareness Week, May 10-16, 2015.
Cybele Pascal, aka the Allergy-Friendly Cook is the author of three best-selling cookbooks along with a renowned blog offering recipes and tips for those who cook and eat allergy-friendly. In 2013 she launched Cybele's Free-to-Eat, a line of gluten-free, allergy-friendly cookies free from the top eight allergens. Cybele’s cookies are currently sold in over 3,000 stores nationwide, including Whole Foods along with all banners of Kroger grocery stores. Cybele’s food enterprise and mission is working to make the world a safer and more delicious place for eaters everywhere, one recipe at a time.
“Leaders in the allergy-friendly food space need to have a unifying message, a rally call, that we can all align with and get behind,” said Cybele Pascal, CEO and founder of Cybele’s Free-to-Eat. “People with food allergies need more than just a gluten-free label, they require simple messages that make it easy to find safe food and recipes. Now we’ve created an online community open to anyone using the Free From messaging.”
The newly created community asks the question, “How do you live #FreeFrom?” and shares pictures from social media posts using the hashtag #freefrom to aggregate recipes and pictures of tasty food worldwide. The #FreeFrom community is hosted on the Cybele’s Free-To-Eat homepage and everyone is encouraged to visit the site often to share the #FreeFrom movement.
