Talent growth positions Omnia Media at the forefront of social and video content

Omnia Media’s recent talent signings have taken the network to over 1.5 billion monthly views and 80 million subscribers in just two years, positioning the company as one of the fastest growing Multi-Channel Networks in the industry. The increased audience represents 149% growth year-over-year and 50% growth in total subscribers. In the last 30 days, Omnia has signed talent across gaming, entertainment, beauty and music, generating collectively over 75 million monthly views on YouTube. Key names include SparklesProduction, Fafinettex3, WackyWednesday and Yelawolf, which further extend Omnia’s reach amongst millennial audiences. In addition to its new YouTube talent, Omnia’s Emerge division, which manages influencers with a strong social following off-YouTube, has signed over 140 new influencers across Instagram, Twitter, Vine, Facebook, Pinterest and Snapchat. The Emerge division talent represents 79 million fans and includes such social media luminaries as Marissa Mayne, Bonnie Tsang, Anastasia Ashley and Paula Coop McCrory.

“Over the past two years, our company has evolved from a single-vertical, single-platform business, into a multi-platform, diversified network and the last remaining independent MCN,” said Tamoor Shafi, CEO of Omnia Media. “We have become one of the most powerful amplifiers of compelling, talented voices in the industry, and our accelerating growth enables us to capitalize on emerging market trends and create new content in the digital content space.”

Omnia Media’s Gaming vertical currently represents the industry’s biggest names, including The Sidemen and The Pack, who have grown their audience to over 330 million and 200 million monthly views respectively. Miniminter from the Sidemen (#67) is listed in the Top 100 Most Subscribed YouTube Channels Worldwide by Tubefilter. “We have the highest engagement among the young male audience than any other MCN,” said Austin Long, Head of Gaming Strategy. “We are creating some of the most compelling content with the biggest influencers.”

Omnia Media’s music vertical, ECHOTV, has grown over 200% in the last 12 months and includes artists such as Chief Keef, Sak Noel, Inna, and Karen Civil. The music roster that once represented primarily hip-hop influencers in the digital space is now home to over 500 acts across multiple genres and platforms and attracts adults 18-34.
