Beck has held leadership roles at Discovia since June 2008. As president, he will oversee the company’s client service, finance, and data forensics organizations. Prior to his promotion to president, he served as Discovia’s Chief Client Officer, where he built a world-class operations team and implemented many workflow and delivery system innovations. He holds an undergraduate degree in international business from San Francisco State University.
Andonians joined Discovia as director of operations in 2009. In her role as COO, she will oversee Discovia’s operations and consulting, human resources, IT infrastructure and application development teams. Prior to her promotion, she served as the company’s vice president of operations, where she delivered operational excellence through her expertise in process management, quality assurance and outstanding team development skills. She holds a degree in business administration from the Vienna University of Economics and Business.
