SMG announced today a strategic marketing agreement with one of the East Coast’s leading casino-resort destinations, Borgata Hotel Casino & Spa. SMG will deploy their branded social engagement network for the property’s new, state-of-the-art entertainment venue, Festival Park.
SMG will develop a customized version of its technology platform, ssnapp, which engages social media users and potential customers by going beyond traditional “likes” and “shares” --allowing Borgata to connect with their most loyal fans and concert-goers in new and unique ways. ssnapp’s social engagement network enables companies to engage and activate customers using their own, business-defined currency with the goal of turning customers and prospects into loyal, long-term brand advocates.
Set to open June 13th, Borgata’s 4,500-seat outdoor entertainment venue, Festival Park, will be host to headliners such as The Killers, Meghan Trainor, Darius Rucker and Counting Crows, all summer long.

The project is slated to launch in May, ahead of Festival Park’s opening event in early June.
