Healthcare solutions provider TrialCard has been honored by TMC, a global, integrated media company, by being named to the 2015 CUSTOMER Magazine Top 50 Teleservices Agencies Ranking. The award continues a recent string of accolades for the TrialCard center, as it was named a Top 10 call center by BenchmarkPortal for the second consecutive year in April 2015.
This year’s CUSTOMER Top 50 list is the 30th annual publication of the ranking which recognizes top domestic and international inbound and outbound teleservices agencies as well as interactive inbound centers. Agencies on the 2015 list are acknowledged for being the largest in the industry as measured by the amount of billable teleservices minutes completed from November 1, 2013 through October 31, 2014.
“Recognition by an industry authority such as TMC and acknowledgement in CUSTOMER magazine speaks volumes about our Customer Experience Center’s capacity and capabilities,” said TrialCard President Mark Bouck. “Our center’s ability to handle the amount of interaction from patients, prescribers and pharmacies that programs supporting multiple facets of the healthcare space generate is truly remarkable” added Customer Experience Center Director Ed Jordan.
“The editors of CUSTOMER have ranked TrialCard as a Top 50 Teleservices Agency because they were able to document through verification letters from their telecommunications carriers, that they are one of the largest outsourced call center providers in the industry,” added Rich Tehrani, CEO, TMC. “This ranking is truly the benchmark for choosing large-size, large-capacity teleservices agencies.”
