Most recently Werner was the Director of Asset Management for the City of Spokane. During his tenure with the City, his team led the implementation of a new parking system that installed 800 smart meters in the downtown core of the City, created an analytical tool to evaluate the performance of the City’s real estate assets, implemented a facilities maintenance and energy management platform, managed the City’s real estate portfolio and real estate capital planning.
Prior to his time with the City Werner worked in venture capital where he focused on corporate renewal and has held various leadership roles in the biotech, laboratory and pharmaceutical industries. He is a graduate of Pacific Lutheran University where he received his B.A. in Business.
OmniPark develops fully-integrated parking management software solutions ideal for surface lots, private lots, municipalities and many other applications.
