Company Debuts Interactive Portal For Ideas, Suggestions, and Feature Requests

Pipeliner CRM announced today the Pipeliner Feedback Forum-- a destination Website dedicated to collaborative crowdsourcing of ideas for future product directions.

Pipeliner CRM customers, prospects and Partners easily submit ideas, suggestions, and feature requests to the Pipeliner CRM team--with the added benefit of also being able to vote on ideas they’d most like to see implemented. This peer-to-peer initiative is rooted in the belief that any company building a product or service should have an ongoing dialog with their customers to understand how they use their products and what users want to see moving forward.

Our product team is known for rapid development and release, and this gives us an elegant way to turn a formerly closed process inside out.”

The Pipeliner CRM customer doesn’t even need to log in separately to the Feedback Forum-- it’s accessible through Single Sign-On (SSO) right in the product, as well as on the Website. Then, to participate, users simply type in a feature request or product suggestion -- and then vote for it. Customers “bank” up to 20 votes, and can use up to 3 votes on any suggestion. Once an idea is closed, votes are automatically re-deposited into the user's account to be used to vote for other ideas.

“The satisfaction that comes from making a great product that you use daily even better is its own reward,” said Radoslav Ciglansky, Product Manager at Pipeliner CRM. “We expect to act on the top three suggestions in the Forum each quarter. Voting thus serves to guide the product roadmap to the wishes of the actual users.”
