It’s official… Jobwise is one of the best workplaces in the country

Jobwise are proud to announce that they have been ranked as the 10th best small workplace in the country.

It was during the swanky awards bash held in The Westminster Park Plaza London, where Jobwise were named as the 10th Best Small workplace in the UK by the Great Place to Work® institute.

“It’s a real honour to, yet again, be recognised in these awards especially with winners of the night including such reputable companies like Capital One (Europe) Plc, Microsoft and Hilton Worldwide” said Leanne Goodwin, Managing Director at Jobwise.

The annual Great Place to Work® lists are huge across the globe, with an estimated 25 million people seeing the results – through the publication going in the National News on May 14th.

The rankings were based on three factors: the trust people have in their managers, the pride they have in the work they do and how much they enjoy working with their colleagues.

And the judges were full of praise for the way Jobwise work.

Here’s what they said about them: “At recruitment agency Jobwise, their value of ‘Love Your Job’ is certainly taken seriously. 93% of all staff agree that management provide ample opportunity to grow and develop, whilst retaining a great sense of camaraderie within the workplace. 100% was scored by staff, regarding their “job security” and all feel they have confidence in the “strategy and direction” of the company.”

Their praise reflects the ethos that Jobwise work towards. They want all their people to be not only happy, but effective and successful in what they do.
