Coulson, shareholder in Greenberg Traurig’s Class Action practice and co-chair of the firm’s Miami Litigation practice, will speak May 13 on “Class Action Landscape and Case Developments.” The session will focus on recent case law developments in the class action arena and address evolving strategic thinking by corporate legal departments when defending against class actions. Mattesich, shareholder in the Proposition 65 practice, will also speak May 13 on a panel concerning “California Issues – From Politics to Practicalities.” Mattesich’s clients include businesses and trade associations with significant interests in California. His work encompasses advising and representing clients in a wide range of regulatory, administrative, and legislative matters. He counsels clients in the consumer products industries in regulatory compliance issues, and legislative advocacy efforts.
