Malea Shoots to the Top of the U.S. Billboard Dance Charts with ‘One Hot Mess’

Hollywood, CA (PRWEB) May 13, 2015 -- Malea, the hottest new voice in dance music, has scored a #1 hit on the U.S. Billboard Club Dance charts with her new pop single “One Hot Mess”. Hit maker Tearce Kizzo, who has previously crafted hits for such multi-platinum recording artists as Sting, Afrojack, Pitbull and Ne-Yo, produced the original track.

The song propelled its way into the number one position based on a strong series of remixes by chart topping DJ/Producers such as Justin Prime, Joey Suki, Riddler, Jasper Dietze, Marc MacRowland and Dave Aude. In addition, Malea’s “One Hot Mess” music video, featuring Dave Aude’s “Futurehouse Remix”, made its world debut on MTV’s prestigious EDM-focused Clubland show.

Malea’s previous track, “Give”, reached the number 17 position on Billboard’s Dance Charts. “Give” also had the honor of being the featured single on IBIZA AFTER DARK, a 2014 EDM compilation that featured internationally renowned DJ/Producers such as Deadmau5, The Crystal Method and Tiesto.

Malea is currently in studio working with remixer/producer Dave Aude, the Los Angeles-based producer who is currently Billboard’s all-time leader in number one hits released.

Malea’s background as a classically trained vocalist, songwriter and musician first catapulted her to fame on the Broadway stage. Today, in addition to being the head of her own successful multimedia company, Malea’s thriving and powerful social media audience counts over two hundred fifty thousand combined followers on her Twitter and Facebook alone.

Malea is widely regarded in the music community as a philanthropist, working primarily with charitable foundations that help animals. She has been recognized for her work with a feature in this week’s Billboard magazine.
