Refame, a marketing agency that connects influencers with advertisers on Vine, Snapchat and Instagram, is merging its network of short-form content creators with FameBit’s unique self-service marketplace to effectively engage with audiences across multiple platforms while helping brands expand their reach even further. The acquisition comes as FameBit crosses its 450 million-subscribers and 10K creators milestone with the company on track to reach 1 billion subscribers by the end of this year.

The acquisition will fulfill FameBit’s mission to be the easiest place for brands to automate not only long-form but also short-form video marketing via a network of social media influencers. By incorporating Refame’s roster of Vine, Snapchat and Instagram creators, brands can now create content packages ranging from Reviews to Skit Comedy to Haul Videos across the key social platforms millennials turn to for discovering new products and services.
