This is a huge step forward both for [Wpromote] and for Realsearch Marketing, and we know we’ll be able to accomplish great things together.

In a deal finalized on April 30th, 2015, Commerce agency Wpromote completed its third ever acquisition and second acquisition of the year by acquiring LA-based search engine marketing company Realsearch Marketing. As the firm continues to expand, additional acquisitions have been lined up in order to broaden Wpromote’s client base as well as their talented pool of professional online marketers. Realsearch Marketing will now be powered by Wpromote, including their website, which will now be managed full time by the digital Commerce agency. With Wpromote’s assistance and expertise, Realsearch Marketing will now be enabled to better serve their several-hundred strong clientele, ranging from local LA businesses to companies across the country.

As part of the acquisition, Wpromote will be absorbing Realsearch Marketing’s book of business, including a large number of Ecommerce clients, such as The Equestrian Corner and Cincinnati Cake & Candy Supplies, as well as educational, informational, and recreational clients like Frontier Nursing University and Crescent Spur Heliskiing.

In a statement, Realsearch Marketing founder Victor Martinsons said, “To all our valued clients: in our ingoing efforts to provide you the highest level of services and increase the resources available to you, we have teamed up with Wpromote.”

The acquisition is set to advance both companies, as smaller Realsearch Marketing will benefit from the weight of a full size digital agency behind it lending both manpower and vast expertise. Realsearch Marketing’s website will also receive an overhaul and be fully managed by Wpromote’s internal teams. Wpromote will benefit from a significantly increased roster of clients, as well as an influx of new talent from Realsearch that will continue to support the company in its continued strides towards rapid, sustainable growth.

“We’re incredibly excited to have just completed our second acquisition in six months, and our third since the company was founded,” said Wpromote Founder & CEO Mike Mothner. “This is a huge step forward both for us and for Realsearch Marketing, and we know we’ll be able to accomplish great things together.”

Wpromote completed its first acquisition, of LA-based digital marketing agency Highly Relevant, in May of 2014. Its second acquisition, of San Francisco-based KickStart Search, was completed earlier in 2015.
