New York, NY (PRWEB) May 15, 2015 -- Bright Kids NYC has joined forces with New Hope Academy Charter School in Brooklyn, NY for Common Core ELA/Math test prep. In order to gauge each child's strengths and weaknesses, the first session consists of a diagnostic exam. Following the diagnostic, Bright Kids' in-house curriculum team creates a week-by-week, custom curriculum based on each child's needs to help fill in any knowledge gaps and strengthen each child's understanding of the content.
Students at New Hope who would widely benefit from enriching their understanding of the Common Core Learning Standards for the state-administered ELA/Math exams take part in these sessions. Bright Kids has placed a large focus on consulting the students and striving to increase the students' overall scores using test-prep strategies and full-length practice tests. The sessions take place during school hours, and Bright Kids' very own trained tutor visits the New Hope campus to teach the classes using custom materials created in-house.
Bright Kids is New York's premiere tutoring and publications company with a proven success rate in a number of exams, including the ELA and Math exams. We create custom, Common Core-aligned curricula to help students excel in the standards expected of them, focusing on a deeper understanding of the content, rather than skimming the surface of the material.
In the future, Bright Kids plans to expand this program and host classes with more schools throughout NYC.
