First, BluVue Plans subscribers may now add attachments to any annotation made on a plan sheet, providing the ability to record and add audio notes, take and attach pictures and video in the field, and attach popular document types like Excel and Word from any of a host of popular online cloud storage services such as Dropbox, Google Drive, or Amazon Cloud. These multi-media files can be created and added whether online or offline, with immediate synchronization to team members occurring automatically in the background once Internet access is available.

Second, BluVue Plans subscribers can make text comments on sheets as projects are in process, complete with name and time stamps, to raise issues, seek clarifications, or direct team work efforts. These ad hoc discussions are visible among all project users in real-time.
