Dr. Brian Kelly’s topic is ‘Our Health is in Our Hands’ and will be presented on Sunday, May 31, 2015 at 5pm.
Dr Brian Kelly of Life Chiropractic College West has a vision to create a brighter future for humanity. We put this idea into action with exceptional chiropractic education every day, but sometimes an opportunity presents itself to reach out and dialogue with many people at once.
Recently, Dr. Brian Kelly was invited to address a crowd of 1.4 million people at the Sant Nirinkari Mission in Delhi, India. The mission is dedicated to spreading principles and practices of benevolence, acceptance, peace and love across the globe. He is the first non-American to be appointed President of a United States chiropractic college and was the former President of the New Zealand College of Chiropractic from 2002-2011.
His outstanding contribution has been recognized by his peers and community through his numerous professional awards. In 2006, he was voted the best guest speaker by the students at the Auckland Medical School. His broad and influential presence has inspired hundreds of people to pursue a career in chiropractic. He is the CAA (Vic) 2001 Chiropractor of the Year, the 2007 International Chiropractor of the Year, awarded by Parker Seminars, the 2009 NZ Chiropractor of the Year, and recipient of the 2009 ADAPE Leadership Award for outstanding leadership in private education.
Dr. Kelly travels extensively around the globe and spent time with many world cultures. In order to spread his message, these days he spends more days ‘on-the-road’ than off. Is he tired? No, he is inspired about what’s possible.
“Dr. Brian Kelly was selected to speak because of his progressive thinking about how the body has the capacity to heal itself. Societies have evolved into a time where the so-called Science Fiction of yesterday is the science FACT of today. At a time with a global health care crisis, maybe it is time to re-think how we look at health and look into more preventative measures and systems dedicated to human potential. Dr. Kelly and the 30+ other world class speakers are what make this event so powerful. We are looking forward to sharing this experience with the public, “said Steven Jay, POSSIBL Executive Producer.
