Kevin will be responsible for developing the company’s business and operations locally, as well as playing an advisory role around current best practices for the strategic use of external supply & demand hiring data within human resources departments and staffing agencies.

According to the Deloitte 2015 Human Capital Trends report, Corporate HR teams are beginning to look at how to bring external data sources into their talent acquisition and planning discussions. However, only 8 percent of those surveyed by Deloitte had experienced HR data analytics teams in place. This lack of analytics experience is in part because many HR professionals don’t know about or have access to all the information sources they require to make informed decisions about where to look for the best candidates.
