More Precise and Accurate Data Available in Alteryx
Toronto, ON and Little Rock, AR (PRWEB) May 18, 2015 -- Today at the Alteryx Inspire 2015 Conference, RSI Worldwide and Gadberry Group announced the integration of Gadberry’s MicroBuild demographic data products with RSI’s Allocate engine built specifically for the Alteryx, Inc. platform. The partnership enables Alteryx users to quickly and easily access demographic data down to both the Census Block and the ZIP+4 level of geography, as well as gaining a data set built from the name and address level.
Traditional data sets are aggregated at the Census Block Group level and then re-apportioned down to the more granular Block and ZIP+4 levels. With MicroBuild in the Allocate data engine optimized for Alteryx, RSI enables users to understand trade areas and demographic patterns more accurately and precisely with data that is not re-apportioned, but rather is built from the ground up to give the most current, accurate and precise information available. Now data such as income, net worth, ethnicity and segmentation variables are all available at a truly accurate Block or ZIP+4 level.
Through Allocate in Alteryx, research professionals concerned with the accuracy and precision of the demographic data that becomes a part of their predictive analytics work can now understand change in the demographic characteristics of a population quickly and put that information into action. With Allocate customers can achieve rapid data transformation performance and produce the analysis necessary to drive location, marketing and operations decisions.
“While there are over 200,000 Block Groups in the US, there are over 35,000,000 Zip+4’s. MicroBuild, when combined with the Allocate engine in Alteryx, gives users a far more powerful data set to use in location analysis projects,” said Don Penfold, President of RSI Worldwide.
“Allocate has long been a standard in the industry as a data engine and Alteryx is a leader in predictive analytics. We’re thrilled to announce this partnership and to deliver MicroBuild data through these platforms,” said Larry Martin, Gadberry Group President.
