Empire Petroleum Partners, LP has filed a registration statement on Form S-1 with the SEC for a proposed initial public offering

Empire Petroleum Partners, LP (“Empire Petroleum” or the “Partnership”) today announced that it has filed a registration statement on Form S-1 with the Securities and Exchange Commission relating to the proposed initial public offering of common units representing limited partner interests in the Partnership. Empire Petroleum intends to list its common units on the New York Stock Exchange under the ticker symbol “EPLP.” The number of common units to be offered and the price range for the offering have not yet been determined.

The registration statement on Form S-1 relating to these securities has been filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission but has not yet become effective. These securities may not be sold nor may offers to buy be accepted prior to the time the registration statement becomes effective.
