(WSG) is pleased to announce the latest release of their cloud version of the Empire SUITE, their award-winning professional services automation software. While this major release introduces multiple new features, the most important is workflow scheduling.

Any available resource is not necessarily the best resource, and we all know schedules never work as planned: activities don’t start when they’re supposed to and they often take longer or are completed earlier than expected,” Cornfield said. “Optimization based on multiple factors – resource availability, cost, past experience, efficiency, and actual events – ensures the system will find the right resource automatically. Our plan is to make these enhancements available in June 2015,” Cornfield stated. “We believe the addition of automatic scheduling optimization will create the new gold standard for workflow systems.”
