Kerrigan succeeds Harry (Hal) L .Curtis, lll, who served as president since 2006. Curtis has been named Chairman Emeritus & Managing Director of MPI. The management succession process was initiated by Curtis last year and effectuated at the annual shareholder meeting last week.

Kerrigan is a CFA® charterholder and has an M.B.A. from The Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania, and a B.S. from The College of New Jersey. He has appeared as an expert witness in U.S. Tax Court and in other proceedings and has extensive experience in a wide range of industries. Kerrigan will continue to work directly with MPI’s clients and oversee MPI Securities’ corporate advisory and M&A practice.
