Lex Mundi Announces New Chair, Officers and Board Members
Houston, TX (PRWEB) May 15, 2015 -- Paulo Rocha, Partner at Demarest Advogados, Lex Mundi member firm for Brazil, was elected Chair of Lex Mundi by the organization’s Board of Directors during the 2015 Lex Mundi Leadership Summit and Annual Meeting in New Orleans. Mr. Rocha has been a partner at Demarest Advogados since 2003 and currently serves as Managing Partner of the firm and on the firm’s board of directors. He has served on Lex Mundi’s Board of Directors since 2012.

Tiziana Sucharitkul of Tilleke & Gibbins (Thailand) will serve on the Lex Mundi Executive Committee along with Mr. Rocha, Mr. Matson, Mr. Iribarne, Mr. Granatstein, Keith Vaughan of Womble Carlyle Sandridge & Rice, LLP (USA, North Carolina), the out-going Chair, and Carl Anduri, Lex Mundi’s President.
At the same Annual Meeting, the membership elected four new directors to the Lex Mundi Board of Directors: David Greenwald of Jenner & Block LLP (USA, Illinois), Benjamin Haglund of Day Pitney LLP (USA, New Jersey), Alexander Ritvay of Noerr LLP (Germany), and Ms. Sucharitkul. They will serve four-year terms.
