Industry veteran Rick Vaughan joins Blueprint to drive customer service and support offerings

Blueprint, an innovator and global leader in de-risking and accelerating enterprise IT projects through requirements management and definition, today announced that Rick Vaughan has joined the company’s Executive team as SVP, Customer Experience. In this role, Vaughan will have a wide range of responsibilities related to enabling success for Blueprint customers, including professional and education services and customer support.

Vaughan brings vast experience in the technology sector and a breadth of expertise in project implementation, customer education and ongoing customer support. He most recently served as VP Professional Services at Varicent Software, followed by two years with IBM as Worldwide Services Executive, after IBM acquired Varicent. Before that, Rick spent ten years with PeopleSoft/Oracle.
