Epicor Software & e2b teknologies Announce Epicor Cash Collect SaaS for Cloud-Based AR Management
Chardon, Ohio (PRWEB) May 19, 2015 -- Today e2b teknologies (http://www.e2btek.com) announced a new cloud deployed version of Epicor Cash Collect (http://www.epicorcashcollect.com), the popular accounts receivable collection software for Epicor enterprise resource planning (ERP). The newest release of Epicor Cash Collect, developed by Epicor Alliance Partner e2b teknologies, is delivered in a true multi-tenant hosted business application model on the Microsoft Azure cloud platform and is available for a low monthly subscription.

Epicor Cash Collect also boasts new features to help companies manage business credit with email-based alerts and multilingual capabilities extending the application from US English to Anglicized English (UK), Portuguese, Spanish, and Hebrew. Additional translations are planned for later this year.
Business credit risk can be crippling for many businesses. Epicor Cash Collect includes new fields to track business credit scores from external credit bureaus, credit review notifications, and color-coded accounts providing visual cues for high risk accounts. The improved document management features provide a centralized location for important documents such as trade credit reports, business credit applications, and related customer account or invoice files stored in a centralized and secure location.
The software also provides a projected cash receipts forecast calculated using historical customer payment data from Epicor ERP to predict when open invoices will be paid. Additional features available in the new release include:
- Online Support including live chat, tutorial videos, embedded knowledgebase and interactive user community
- Payment Schedules for tracking payment plans or managing complex invoices with special terms.
- Procedures for specific credit and collections activities such as dispute management instructions or call scripts.
