New ConnectBooster Enhancements Are Simplifying The Billing Lives For Autotask and ConnectWise Users With New Functionality

ConnectBooster now allows MSPs to customize the collection dollar amount for one-time invoices from their IT clients.

IT companies can now establish a customized, pre-set collection amount for all one-time invoices, based on individual IT client billing situations.

Previously, MSPs had to determine, inside of ConnectBooster’s admin portal, a set collection dollar amount for all of their IT clients one-time and miscellaneous invoices. There was no individual customization for this amount, or flexibility for a client-by-client basis, whether the IT client was a large enterprise client or a small business.

When a one-time $5,000 dollar miscellaneous invoice for a hardware order was sold by an MSP, for example, the IT client would automatically have this one-time auto-payment collected. However, because each business situation is different, a set amount for a larger company may not make financial sense for a smaller IT client. Smaller companies may not be able to afford a large billing amount, for a one-time payment, like a enterprise business would.

Now, ConnectBooster’s customization allows an IT company to set a different auto-pay amount for each of their individual IT clients, based on circumstance, and not on limited functionality. This auto-pay feature enhancement will automatically collect on miscellaneous or time and materials invoices, but will only collect a dollar amount that is established on a customized client-by-client basis.

This new auto-pay functionality ultimately enables MSPs to automate the collection process for all other invoices, separate from recurring agreements or contracts, with the end IT client’s billing condition in mind.
